Paycheck Mapper

Privacy Policy

Effective August 13, 2026

Paycheck Mapper helps you organize income, bills, debts, due dates, and payment status around your pay schedule. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

Information you provide

You may enter financial planning information such as income amounts, bill and debt names, amounts, balances, interest rates, due dates, and paid status. When you contact support, you may provide an email address and message.

Account information

If you choose Google sign-in, authentication is provided by Clerk. Paycheck Mapper receives an account identifier and the basic account information needed to sign you in and keep your dashboard associated with your account. Paycheck Mapper does not receive your Google password.

How information is used

Your information is used to calculate paycheck plans, remaining funds, debt-to-income estimates, upcoming payments, and shortfall guidance; synchronize your dashboard across signed-in devices; respond to support or deletion requests; and maintain app security and reliability.

Storage and sharing

Dashboard information is stored on your device. If you sign in, a copy is stored in Paycheck Mapper's cloud database so it can sync across devices. Authentication is handled by Clerk and cloud database infrastructure is provided by Neon and Vercel. Information is shared with these providers only as needed to operate the app. Paycheck Mapper does not sell your personal or financial information.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you reset the dashboard, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Synced data remains while your account is active. You can request deletion through the account deletion page. Account and associated dashboard data will be deleted after the request is verified, except where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Security

Paycheck Mapper uses encrypted network connections and authenticated access for cloud synchronization. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid entering account passwords, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other information the planner does not request.

Children

Paycheck Mapper is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
